G.2 Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in original condition and packaging unless faulty.

You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

G.3 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

G.4 Order Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

H. Delivery

We deliver within the UK and may offer international shipping where stated.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or when goods are delivered to the delivery address (as specified at checkout).

Inspect delivered goods and notify us within 48 hours of any damage, shortage, or non-conformity.
